  6. Where do I upload my images for customization?

    • You can easily upload your images after the checkout process when your order has been received, and we’ll ensure it’s printed exactly as you desire. 
  7. Do you accept returns for custom orders?

    • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for custom orders, as they are personalized with names, dates, etc.
  8. Do you accept returns for items damaged during delivery?

    • Yes, we do. If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 3 days of receipt, and we’ll gladly assist you. However, we take pride in our packaging to ensure your products arrive safely.
